We keep your message and contact information until the matter is closed and for possible follow-up, and share them with no one without your consent.

Recipient data

The company you subscribed with is the controller. We process addresses, mailing content and sign-up records on its instructions and only for the period agreed with it.

Delivery record

We note whether the recipient's mail server accepted or refused a message, and process returned bounces and complaints so that lists stay current.

Opt-out record

When you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the address so the company cannot write to it again by mistake. The record consists of the address and the date, nothing more. It is the only data we do not delete on request, since it is needed to keep your unsubscribe in force, and it is removed once we no longer send for that company.
